MANUALLY ROLLABLE
By means of our special SOLIDAY-shaft, the sunsail can be rolled out and in manually. This allows for continuous shade adjustments ranging from 0 – 55 sqm.
INDIVIDUAL HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The height adjustment system is mounted on a glide rail made of aluminium, allowing for continuous adjustments within a range of 1.5 m. This is especially important as the sun gets lower in the sky during the late afternoon.
PATENTED TENSION SET
The tension set ensures that all forms of sunsails are feasible and they can be rolled up. Thus, every sun sail can be individually adapted to the architecture of your building.
DROPPOLE DESIGN-MAST
The droppole is a specially designed sunsail pylon made of aluminium, conceived to meet the highest of demands. The special drop-like shape gives the pylon 4 times greater rigidity in the direction of the applied force and can be positioned either straight or at a standard 10° angle. All cables and electrical wiring for possible accessories are hidden within the pylon itself, resulting in a clean, understated look that is quite unique.
STAINLESSS STEEL or ALUMINIUM-MASTS
The SOLIDAY mast appeals through uncomplicated, elegant design, distinguished by robust durability and high material strength. Similar to masts used by windsurfers, the SOLIDAY mast will automatically return to its straight original state, even when subject to high stresses. Customers can choose between pylons made either of stainless steel or highly sturdy anodized aluminium.

Sunsail Design:
RADIAL FORM
Radial sunsails are manufactured from lengths of
fabric assembled in a fan shape and joined together
using ultrasonic technology to create a welded seam.
The side edges are straight and reinforced with a band
of webbing. The sail corners are also reinforced and feature
decorative stitching. In taking this design approach, SOLIDAY
was consciously inspired by the sport of sailing – for a sensation
just like a day on the ocean.
Sunsail Design:
LINEAR FORM
For linear sunsails, the widths of fabric are sewn together using
felled seams to create the required sail dimensions. The side
edges are reinforced with a band of webbing and cut concavely
in accordance with the side lengths, thus producing a sail with
optimal tension characteristics.
SOLIDAY SPOOL
The spool is used to help roll the sunsail out and back in.
The spool is made from high-quality aluminium and features
a simple, stylish design.
